If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to change of mind or exchange.
We cover shipping costs for returns due to damaged or defective items.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or final sale reasons, including:

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been sent to our warehouse for processing.

If your order has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives and initiate a return.
Note: Once shipped, shipping fees will not be reimbursed, and return shipping will be at your expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You must update the tracking number and logistics provider in our Returns Center or email it to us after shipping the return.
