Shipping policy

At Meilunsc, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and in good condition. That's why we package and ship every order with care. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

We do not currently ship to other countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Costs

All orders receive free shipping

  • Express: $20.00 (upgrade available at checkout)

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order is shipped

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after your order is shipped

Total Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The above are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, customs delays, carrier issues or inclement weather.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily via DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours after your order is shipped.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@meilunsc.com.

Address Changes

We will start processing your order as soon as you place it. Therefore:

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please request it within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • We will not be able to change any address while your order is in transit.

If you need to change your address, please email support@meilunsc.com as soon as possible.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses for a single order.
If you need your items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using your tracking number on the Order Tracking page, or by entering your order number and email address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-deliver the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us at support@meilunsc.com within 48 hours of the delivery date or estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may provide a replacement or refund service depending on the circumstances.

Holiday Delays

Please note that during peak seasons and national statutory holidays (such as Christmas, New Year and public holidays), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and carrier delays.

Return Address

If you need to return an item, please contact us first at support@meilunsc.com to obtain the correct return address. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
